When it comes to which machines or processes are suitable for your company, we always act in a customer-oriented way. Regardles if it’s a second hand, demonstration or a new machine – depending on the desired model, we will be happy to send you information material, as well as offers and layouts upon request. Upon request, visiting appointments in production plants can be arranged as well at any time.

Training courses

Well-trained staff gets the best out of every plant. After the system has been commissioned, we will train your team by bringing them knowledge for the CNC machines work on site.
Upon request, there is also the possibility of enrollment at the FICEP Academy in Italy. In addition, we offer you follow-up training to refresh your knowledge and to train new staff at any time.

Maintenance & repairs

In order to achieve optimal production results, we recommend an inspection and maintenance of the systems by our specialist staff at least once a year. Our specialized technical team is always on hand for on-site repairs.

Technical support

Our MTL Support Hotline offers you remote technical support for all FICEP steel processing centers. With our expert team, we help you to solve problems quickly and
to obtain spare parts as quickly as possible so that the downtime of your machines is kept as short as possible. Our multilingual team looks after the machine operators in your company, depending on availability, in the respective national language. For the best possible support, we constantly invest in staff, new programs and equipment.

Following languages are spoken at MTL: german, english, italian, czech, hungarian, polish, bosnian, croatian, serbian and greek.
